The Will of Henry FLACK, Draper of Linton, Cambs
Dated: 22 March 1752 & Proved: 20 April 1752
I Henry Flack of Linton in the County of Cambridge, Draper being of Sound and Disposing Mind, Memory and Understanding, praised be God, Do make and publish and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to say);
First I Give and Devise unto my Son Henry Flack and his Heirs for Ever, All that Messuage or Tenement with all and every the Barns, Stables, Buildings, Yards, Gardens, Orchards and other Appurtenances thereunto belonging as the same is situate, standing and being in Linton aforesaid and now in my own Tenure, Use and Occupation, subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the Sum of Five pounds unto my Son Robert when he shall attain to the age of Twenty one years, and of the further Sum of Five pounds unto my Son John when he attains the age of Twenty one years, And which said sums of Five pounds and Five pounds I do hereby give to them my said Sons respectively and to be Issuing and payable to them in manner aforesaid. And in case the said Henry my Son or his Heirs shall neglect or refuse to pay unto the said Robert and John the said sums of Five pounds and Five pounds to be given, charged and made payable to them respectively as aforesaid at such time and times as the same sums are hereby directed and ought severally to be paid according to the true intent and meaning of this my last will.
The my will is and I do hereby in such Case Impower my said Sons Robert and John or either of them to enter into and upon the said messuage or tenement and premises herein before by me made chargeable with the payment thereof or into any part thereof with the appurtenances and to hold and enjoy the same until the said severall sums of Five pounds and Five pounds or such part or parts thereof as shall be unpaid, as also all such Costs and Expences which they my said Sons Robert and John or either of them shall pay or bear for or by reason of the non payment thereof, or withholding the same or any past thereof shall be fully paid and Discharged them or wither of them.
Also all and every my Goods, Chattles, Rights, Credits and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever, after payment of my just Debts, Funeral Expences and charges incident to the Execution of this my said Will, I give and bequeath unto my said three Sons Henry, Robert and John equally to be parted and divided between them respectively as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
And lastly I do hereby Nominate, Constitute and appoint the said Henry my Son Sole Executor of this my last will, and I do hereby request my Brother in Law John Webb to be aiding and assisting to him in the Execution of this my said will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this Twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Two [22nd Mar 1752].
Signed, sealed, published and Declared by the said Henry Flack the Testator as and for his last will and testament. In the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. In the presence of and at the request of him the said Testator.

Henry Flack was christened on 28 February 1687/88 in Bartlow, Cambridgeshire. I don't know who he married (possibly Ann Vinham in Shadwell, Middlesex in 1706) but he had at least two children: Henry (b abt 1708) and Anne (b 1710). - [S80] Marriage Register - England, Church, http://www.flackgenealogy.co.uk/tfthomasflacke1572/generation06.html.

Henry Flack born about 1708 was a Draper by trade. He married Elizabeth Webb on 17 October 1732 in Jesus College Chapel, University of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire and they had five children: Henry (b 1733), William (b 1734), John (b 1735), Robert (b 1738) and John (b 1741). Henry died aged 44 and was buried in Linton on 19 April 1752. His widow Elizabeth was buried beside him a week later on 26 April 1752.
Anne Flack was born about 1710 in Linton, Cambridgeshire.
