    • THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me WILLIAM CUMBERBIRCH of 8 Ashdene Healey Rochdale in the County of Lancaster (Cabinet Maker) I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made I appoint my son Frank Cumberbirch of Bury Road Rochdale in the County of Lancaster and my son Arthur Cumberbirch of Broughton Grove Farm Field Broughton Grange over Sands and also my daughter Mrs Emily Waide Confectioner Eagle Brow Lymm Cheshire to be the EXECUTORS of this my will I direct my executors to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses Knowing that my wife Mary Ellen Cumberbirch is well provided for financially I request my executors to give to her out of my estate the sum of one pound apart from this I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my children who shall attain to the age of twenty one years and who are still living at the time of my death in the following proportionate shares One fourth share to my son Frank one fourth share to my son Arthur one fourth share to my daughter Mrs Emily Waide.
