- CUMBERBIRCH Henry of 43 Buchanan-street Blackpool died 17 April 1922 Probate London 15 July [1922] to Mary CUMBERBIRCH widow and James GARDINER. Effects £230. [14]
- THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HENRY CUMBERBIRCH of 43 Buchanan St Blackpool Musician in the County of Lancashire made this eighteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and nineteen. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my wife Mary Cumberbirch & James Gardiner of 59 Blakiston St West Fleetwood to be my EXECUTORS and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my wife Mary Cumberbirch all my household furniture and effects all my musical instruments & Music and the monies that I process [possess] in War Savings Post Office Bank or elsewhere I leave entirely to my wife to be disposed of has [as] she wills at her death.
